We take your privacy seriously. This document describes what personal data we collect through the pre-launch form on gamifactory.com, what we use it for and what rights you have under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

When you sign up to the early access list, we collect the data you fill in on the form:
Along with the submission we technically record your IP address and User-Agent — they serve as evidence of consent and protection against form abuse (spam, bot sign-ups).
We process the data solely to inform you about the launch of the English version of the Gamifactory platform. Specifically:
We do not share your data with third parties and do not use it for marketing profiling or targeted advertising.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the GDPR checkbox when submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose above, or until you withdraw your consent. Once the reason for processing falls away, we delete the data. You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).

This page does not use tracking or marketing cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no other visitor-behaviour tools. We use only strictly necessary cookies that cannot be disabled under the ePrivacy Directive:
We store the data in a secured database on servers operated in the EU. Access is restricted to authorised OZ Impact Games collaborators.
